I’m Miss Monica, founder of Lion’s Eye Catering. I’ve always believed in the principle of following your passion, so five years ago I launched Lion’s Eye to celebrate my passion for food and entertaining.
The kitchen is my playground and the source of much of my creativity, and I’m passionate about the art of breaking bread with friends. I believe that an invitation to share a meal is a precious gift. It’s a sensual and personal bonding experience that can reinforce relationships and create special memories.
Some time ago I invited Paula Johnson to assist me in running the daily operations of Lion’s Eye Catering. She has been a wonderful asset to my company – and to the clients we serve. Together Paula and I work with a pool of professionals on an as-needed basis to provide you and your guests with a decadent and memorable culinary experience.
