  • $25.00 – $35.00/hour/person (minimum 4 hrs.)

Rentals:

  • Wine & Beer Glasses – $0.50 each
  • Tumblers – $0.50 each
  • Martini Glasses – $1.00 each
  • Champagne Glasses (crystal) - $2.00 each
  • Small cocktail/ dessert plates – $1.00 each
  • Dessert Forks – $0.50 each
  • Coffee Mugs - $1.00 each
  • Table Linens – $15.00 each
  • Center /Decorative pieces/Candles – $10.00 each
  • Tablesettings (dinner plate/salad or soup bowl/ cutlery) – $3.50/ setting
  • Liquor Liability Insurance -$160.00
  • Liquor Permit – $15.00

Drinks

  • Coffee (regular OR decaf) & Tea Service – $4.00/ person
  • Coffee (regular & decaf) & Tea Service – $5.25/ person
  • Bottled Water – 330 ml Glass Bottles – Qvarzia (Italy) Still or Mineral – $2.00/btl.
  • Bottled Water – 500 ml Plastic (Nestle/Kirkland)- $1.25/ btl.
  • Assorted Juices & Pop (Btls. & Cans) – $1.25 each

    • Other Fees

  • Gst & Planning/ Execution Fee (18%) are added to the sub-total
  • 50% Deposit is required to secure the date.

Balance is due three days (72 hours) prior to event date. Confirmation of guest numbers is also required three days (72 hours) prior to event date.Catering Contract Agreement outlines details. Client must read, sign and return contract along with deposit.
